Our executive team is 100% made up of prior models who know the industry inside out. While working in the industry, we often heard complaints from models, clients and even agencies we had previously worked with. We discovered that the main problem was that the people running the agencies usually had little to no experience actually doing the jobs they were staffing for. So we decided we wanted to do things differently.
We created Envy Models to make the industry as efficient as possible for all parties involved. We take amazing care of our models by making applying for castings a breeze and paying great rates, to ensure that you have the very best selection of talent to choose from. We also have experience working with clients of all types and take things in to consideration that other agencies might not; we make sure models show up not only looking beautiful, but well trained and briefed on your company and specific needs.

Logan Wilkes - Owner & CEO
Logan’s professional background combines marketing expertise, a love of the modeling industry and an extensive background in hospitality to make her well versed in all things modeling and events; from representing brands in nationwide campaigns to booking models for unforgettable events. Before starting Envy Lifestyle Group, Logan was previously the VP of Marketing for a skincare company, so she understands how utilize models in a way that translates to sales and boosts your bottom line. Aside from her professional endeavors, she was previously Miss South Beach USA 2018 and competed in Miss Florida USA. Her experience in pageantry introduced her to some of the best and brightest models from around the country and also contributed immensely to her philanthropic nature. She is very hands on with the agency and will work with you personally to ensure that you have the best experience possible working with Envy Models.

Jamieka Cramer - COO
Jamieka is a dynamic professional with a background in modeling and photography. Her passion and determination has carved a unique path in the industry showcasing both creativity and business awareness. Prior to ENVY Jamieka immersed herself into the world of modeling and photography which lead her to gain valuable experience and skills. As a micro-influencer, she has learned to utilize her online presence by engaging with a wide audience and establishing meaningful connections with her following and peers.
Seeking new challenges and opportunities, Jamieka joined ENVY, a prominent organization in the talent world. As an intern she proved her talent and past experiences were a huge value for ENVY and eventually gained the role as COO. Jamieka’s ability to quickly and effectively perform all tasks at hand lead her to move up the ranks and fully run many of the tasks needed to successfully run ENVY. Currently, Jamieka handles client relations, HR, and staffing.

Amber Bittourna - Executive Assistant & Model Management
Amber's journey to her current role at Envy is a testament to her diverse skill set and proven track record in marketing, social media, and management. Beginning as an intern, she made an immediate impact with her innovative ideas and strong work ethic, catching the attention of the team.
As her responsibilities grew, Amber took on a central role in managing all social media channels, overseeing models, and contributing to event planning. Her experience in leadership and strategic thinking proved invaluable in guiding Envy through various marketing initiatives and operational challenges.
Today, Amber stands as an indispensable part of Envy's success story, embodying a blend of creativity, managerial prowess, and dedication. Her ability to navigate the intersection of marketing, social media, and management continues to drive Envy's growth and influence in the industry, setting new standards of excellence along the way.
